Manufacturing environment
When raw materials are received, we conduct quality and safety tests.The soft capsule formation room has a double door structure, and simultaneous opening is strictly prohibited to prevent air from the hallway from flowing directly into the formation room.The air shower room will blow away all the small dust and keep it clean.Work is carried out under strict sanitary controls and with complete protection to prevent skin exposure.
Manufacturing Process
Step1
Input raw materials, mix, and defoamer. Work is performed in a closed environment until filling to prevent foreign matter from entering.

Carry out capsule filling work in a closed environment.
Step3
This is how it is dried in a tumble dryer.

We use an automatic capsule inspection machine to perform 100% inspection. The inspection includes inspections for scratches, deformations, foreign capsules, foreign objects, large and small shapes, etc.

We perform prescribed product tests using various equipment and instruments.
After going through this process, our specialized staff carefully checks each piece to make sure there are no cracks or scratches.
